Return and Exchange Policy
Change of Mind
We understand that, in some cases, you will be purchasing our products before physically viewing them. If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, please phone our store on 02 8411 2958 within 7 days of receipt of the goods to be entitled to a full refund, exchange or store credit, subject to the following conditions:
- The purchaser is responsible for any freight costs associated with returning the goods to Sydney Styles Bathrooms and Kitchens.
- Goods must be in their original condition and include all original packaging.
- Refunds and exchanges will only be processed once the goods have been received and assessed to be in original order by Sydney Styles Bathrooms and Kitchens.
- Returns and exchanges are not offered on any custom-made products such as cabinets, benchtops and splashbacks except where the product has been supplied in error, is faulty or is outside the agreed specifications.
- Sydney Styles Bathrooms and Kitchens reserves the right to charge a 20% (plus GST) re-stocking fee of the cost of the goods being returned.
- To be considered, refund requests must be made within 7 days of receipt of the goods.
Faulty products are covered by our suppliers’ 14-day replacement warranty. If you receive a faulty product, please contact us within 14 days of receipt of the goods to arrangement your replacement. The faulty item will be replaced with an identical product and if an identical product is unavailable, you will be offered another product of the same value or a refund.
Please note: Standard freight fees apply to all return orders but where the return relates to a faulty item, the replacement product will be sent to you, at no charge, within 5 working days from the date we receive the faulty product.
When returning your faulty product, please make sure you provide the following details:
- Your full name, address and phone number.
- Your order and invoice number.
- Reason for return.
- Your preference for how you would like the issue resolved.
* All transactions are processed in AUD.
Shipping and Delivery Policy
When required, Sydney Styles Bathrooms and Kitchens’ products are delivered Australia-wide using either Australia Post (Registered Post) or courier. Shipping costs are influenced by the size and weight of the product and your location. We reserve the right to revise estimated shipping costs on heavier items once we are in receipt of the item. Any changes to estimated shipping costs will be communicated to you once we receive your item into our warehouse. Sydney Styles Bathrooms and Kitchens will not be held responsible for any additional redelivery costs incurred due to a customer being unavailable to accept a delivery at their nominated address.
Customer Service Policy
We are committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products offered are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. In the event that an ordered item is not available, or we are unable to fulfil your order, we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a back-order or a full refund.
